Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found goods cheaper elsewhere. In instances such as this Advanced Racking and Shelving Australia can reserve the right to apply a restocking fee.
Goods Damaged in Transit
We strive to ensure that all of our products arrive in the same condition they were sold in but with the transit of goods sometimes unavoidable accidents can occur so we’ll do our best to look after you.
If we have arranged your transport and the goods arrive damaged please contact our sales staff as soon as possible. We will arrange to have the damaged goods returned replaced or if no longer available the purchase price including freight refunded.
